Sectional Title and HOA Management

Le Frezelle’s principal business is the professional management of sectional title schemes and homeowners’ associations throughout South Africa. Drawing on more than five decades of operational experience, established management systems, and appropriately trained personnel, Le Frezelle provides a comprehensive and transparent service offering tailored to each scheme’s needs. The overarching objective is to protect and enhance property values, promote orderly and harmonious community living, and ensure proper legal and financial compliance at all times.

Le Frezelle is duly registered and/or affiliated with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), the National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA), and the Council for Debt Collectors, and conducts its operations in accordance with applicable professional and ethical standards.

A sectional title scheme typically comprises individually owned sections (for example, apartments, flats, or townhouses) together with shared ownership in the common property (including, by way of example, gardens, driveways, parking areas, and recreational facilities). The administration of shared assets and communal obligations requires coordinated governance, disciplined financial oversight, and compliance with the applicable legislative framework, including the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) Act.
