We manage over 2700 units in various estates situated in the West Rand.
Le Frezelle assists new developments, as well as existing community schemes with opening accounts at their preferred financial institution. These accounts are not only insured through the Fidelity Fund offered by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority, but also by the personal Fidelity Fund, acquired by the community scheme, through their insurance.
For your peace of mind, Le Frezelle has ensured that all schemes have control over their own funds and the management thereof.

Community Scheme Management
Each community scheme will have its own dedicated portfolio team to manage and assist where required. Each Management Cell consists of a Portfolio Specialist, a Portfolio Assistant and a Financial Administrator.
